Welcome to Plugsosolog, a peer-to-peer digital marketplace built for buying, selling, and renting digital assets and digital products, including websites, social media accounts, digital accounts, VPN and proxy-related products, subscriptions, software access, online services, and other approved digital assets.

By accessing, registering, funding your wallet, listing a product, buying, selling, renting, requesting withdrawal, or using any feature on Plugsosolog, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. About Plugsosolog

Plugsosolog operates as a digital marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of approved digital products. We provide the platform, wallet system, escrow process, transaction tracking, dispute support, listing tools, communication tools, and admin review features that help users trade more safely.

Plugsosolog does not own most products listed by sellers and does not automatically guarantee the legality, ownership, performance, profitability, or long-term availability of any digital asset listed by a seller. Sellers are responsible for the products they list, and buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing listing details before making a purchase or rental payment.

2. User Registration, Verification, and Account Responsibility

To use Plugsosolog, users may be required to register with accurate details such as name, username, email address, phone number, password, and other requested information. Sellers may be required to pay a one-time onboarding fee before listing products or receiving seller privileges.

Plugsosolog may request identity verification, business verification, payout verification, ownership proof, product proof, or additional documents before approving seller accounts, high-risk listings, withdrawals, dispute claims, or certain platform activities.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Any activity performed through your account may be treated as your responsibility. You must not create fake accounts, impersonate another person, provide false information, bypass security checks, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes.

3. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Buyers must carefully review product descriptions, delivery terms, rental duration, renewal conditions, access limitations, screenshots, pricing, and seller instructions before making payment. Buyers must not misuse purchased or rented products, resell rented assets without permission, change recovery details without authorization, damage a seller's asset, or violate the agreed terms of a transaction.

Sellers must provide accurate, clear, and complete listing information. Sellers must only list digital assets they own, control, or are legally authorized to sell or rent. Sellers must deliver the exact product or access described in the listing and must not mislead buyers with fake screenshots, false claims, hidden conditions, or incomplete credentials.

Sellers who list websites for rent must ensure that the required Plugsosolog tracker snippet is correctly embedded before or during rental activation and must not remove or tamper with it while the rental is active.

4. Website Rental Tracker Snippet and Developer Compliance

For website rental listings, sellers, buyers, website developers, managers, or any person with access to the rented website must comply with Plugsosolog's website rental tracking requirements.

Where a rental website requires a Plugsosolog tracker snippet, verification script, monitoring code, or rental protection script, the required code must be properly installed, kept active, and must not be removed, hidden, disabled, modified, blocked, or tampered with during the active rental period.

The tracker snippet may be used to help verify rental status, monitor expiration, support renewal enforcement, display rental-related notices, detect unauthorized removal, and protect both the seller and buyer during the rental agreement.

Removing, disabling, manipulating, or attempting to bypass the tracker snippet after a website rental has started may be treated as a serious platform violation and a high-risk activity. Plugsosolog may respond by suspending the listing, freezing the transaction, restricting wallet access, blocking withdrawals, opening an investigation, cancelling the rental, refunding the affected party, or permanently suspending the responsible account.

For sellers, failure to keep the tracker snippet active where required may affect rental protection, dispute claims, renewal tracking, and admin enforcement. For buyers or developers, unauthorized removal or interference with the tracker snippet may be treated as evidence of misuse, attempted takeover, breach of rental terms, or suspicious activity.

All parties involved in a website rental must cooperate with Plugsosolog during tracker verification, renewal checks, expiration review, dispute investigation, and any security-related inspection.

5. Wallet Funding, Escrow, Payments, and Fees

Plugsosolog may require buyers to fund their platform wallet before purchasing or renting products. Wallet balances are used only for activities inside Plugsosolog and are not a bank account, savings account, investment account, or interest-bearing financial product.

When a buyer makes a purchase, the transaction amount may be held in escrow until the buyer confirms successful delivery, the inspection period expires, or admin resolves a dispute. Escrow helps protect both buyers and sellers by preventing instant release of funds before delivery is confirmed.

Plugsosolog may charge platform fees, seller onboarding fees, transaction fees, withdrawal fees, payment gateway charges, service fees, or other applicable charges. These fees may be displayed before confirmation or deducted automatically where applicable.

Sellers may request withdrawal from available cleared earnings. Plugsosolog reserves the right to review, delay, reject, freeze, reverse, or investigate withdrawal requests where there is a dispute, suspected fraud, suspicious transaction pattern, chargeback risk, incorrect payout details, policy violation, or legal concern.

6. Digital Delivery, Reviews, Refunds, and Disputes

Digital products may be delivered through instant credentials, manual delivery, transaction chat, upload, private instructions, admin-supported delivery, or any other approved delivery method.

If a buyer receives wrong credentials, incomplete access, a product that does not match the listing, or no delivery at all, the buyer may open a dispute within the allowed dispute period. Both buyer and seller may be required to provide evidence, including screenshots, chat records, access logs, transaction details, product proof, ownership proof, delivery proof, or any other information requested by Plugsosolog.

Plugsosolog may review available evidence and make a final decision, including releasing funds to the seller, refunding the buyer, issuing a partial refund, requesting replacement delivery, restricting an account, removing a listing, or taking other corrective action.

Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer's remorse, failure to read the listing, misuse of delivered assets, violation of rental terms, loss caused by the buyer after delivery, or third-party platform actions outside Plugsosolog's control.

7. Prohibited Products and Activities

Users must not list, buy, sell, rent, or promote stolen, hacked, illegal, counterfeit, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful digital products. This includes stolen accounts, compromised websites, unauthorized social media accounts, phishing tools, malware, spam tools, fake identity documents, financial account access, illegal streaming access, carding-related materials, scam tools, or any product intended for fraud, abuse, hacking, deception, or unlawful activity.

VPN, proxy, automation, software, and digital account products must only be used for lawful purposes. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their listings, purchases, rentals, and usage comply with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party terms, and international regulations.

Plugsosolog may remove listings, suspend accounts, restrict wallet access, cancel transactions, block withdrawals, or report suspicious activity where necessary to protect users, the platform, and legal compliance.

Users must not remove, disable, modify, block, or bypass any Plugsosolog tracker snippet, verification script, rental protection code, or monitoring tool required for website rental listings. Such action may be treated as a serious violation and may lead to account suspension, wallet restriction, dispute loss, or withdrawal hold.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Plugsosolog may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, provides false information, lists prohibited products, engages in fraud, abuses buyers or sellers, attempts to manipulate the platform, files false disputes, exploits technical vulnerabilities, or creates risk for other users.

Where an account is suspended or terminated, Plugsosolog may also restrict access to listings, wallet withdrawals, seller tools, transaction chats, and other platform features while investigation or resolution is ongoing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plugsosolog provides a marketplace system but does not guarantee that every listing, seller, buyer, rental, product, third-party account, website, software, proxy, VPN, or digital asset will be risk-free, profitable, permanent, or free from third-party restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugsosolog shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of access, account bans by third-party platforms, business interruption, seller misrepresentation, buyer misuse, payment provider issues, third-party service failure, or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Users trade on Plugsosolog at their own risk and must conduct proper checks before completing transactions.

10. Indemnity

By using Plugsosolog, you agree to protect and hold harmless Plugsosolog, its owners, team, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, disputes, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform, your listings, your purchases, your rentals, your violation of these terms, your misuse of digital products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through platform support or mediation may be handled through the appropriate courts or legal process in Nigeria.

12. Updates to This Policy

Plugsosolog may update these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates may be posted on the website, displayed inside the dashboard, or sent through official communication channels. Continued use of Plugsosolog after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.

By using Plugsosolog, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
